The Provincial Assessment of Student Learning (PASL) is a sample-based large-scale assessment measuring learning outcomes of students in key subjects (Language, Mathematics and Science) at selected grades across all districts of Balochistan.
Objectives
- Measure what students know and can do against the curriculum standards;
- Identify gaps in learning across districts, gender and school types;
- Provide actionable evidence to the School Education Department;
- Track trends in learning outcomes over assessment cycles.
